This was first stay at the Quality Inn and it was a great one. the property was clean, The hotel rooms were spacious and the atmosphere was friendly. would definately choose Quality Inn as next stay.
Room for improvement
the hotel room was nice in addition wanted a non-smoking hotel room and when arrived they gave us a smoking room. When we asked for a bottle opener we were reffered to the Denneys. After they cleaned we found filthy towels left, food on the floor and nothing was restocked. When called service was disconnected or no one answered.

stayed here when it was a former Holdiday Inn Express. was shocked when saw how nice they had changed it. Excellent service and rooms and amenities
Great Hotel
Our stay at this property was great! The entire hotel was spotless and modern. The help were friendly, the breakfast meal was excellent, and you can not go wrong with a swimming pool and a hot tub! Plus, it's only minutes away from the Mall of America. would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Bloomington, MN area.
A fun weekend away
was quite impressed with the cleanliness and quality got for the price, until kid found a used hypo needle in the dresser. The help was quite apologetic and comped our extras for the trouble. The property shows a little wear around the edges, in addition help were all friendly and eager to help. breakfast meal was great, in addition Denny's was terrribly understaffed for supper, and the wait was long. Kids had a blast in the swimming pool and workout room.
